We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work:

1. Inspection on Delivery: During delivery, you may open and inspect the package while the courier is present. If you’re not satisfied, you can return it on the spot in its original condition with tags attached. In this case, you will only be responsible for the original delivery fee.

2. 14-Day Return Window: You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

3. Conditions for Return: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Original packaging should be included where possible.

4. How to Return: Contact us at cyanegy@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. We’ll send you return instructions. Please note that an additional shipping fee will apply.
